Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted for change of mind.

If your order is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. If your claim is approved, we will cover the replacement shipping cost and send a replacement item, subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

This policy does not apply to damage caused during transit by the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
